General Terms & Conditions

Sales Procedure

1. The prices quoted by our sales team will always take precedence over any pricing listed on this website.

2. The quoted price is valid for 30 calendar days.

3. All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

4. Stock will not be released if payment has not been received.

5. Placing a sales order indicates acceptance to our General Terms & Conditions outlined here.

Collection Procedure

1. Clients are responsible for arranging collection of their own stock.

2. While every effort has been undertaken to ensure the correct stock is dispatched, clients also have a responsibility to check their orders during collection.

3. Clients signing at collection indicated the stock is received in good order, the type of stock is correct, and the stock quantity is satisfactory.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

1. Purchased goods may be returned for a refund or exchanged for other goods of equal value within 10 working days (inclusive) of collection.

2. Return or exchange requests made after 10 working days of collection, but before 30 calendar days (exclusive) of collection will attract a 15% restocking fee.

3. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 calendar days of collection.

4. The number of days since collection is calculated from the signed date of collection the the date the refund/return request is made.

5. Returned stock must be in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging.
